Refund policy

Since this is an intimate personal product, returns will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged at the time of delivery and the product and product packaging is unopened, unused, and unwashed. If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at hello@booppillow.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We do not accept combined returns.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you if we accept or deny your return. This review process may take up to 5-10 business days from the delivery date on your return tracking information.

All returns are treated case-by-case and ultimately subject to our discretion. 

Once we processed your return application, you will be sent a return label or QR code.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. A return shipping and restock fee of 30% will apply to all returns by mail and deducted from your refund. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to return to the original payment source you used to purchase the product, after completion of the review process and subject to the specific processing times of the financial institution.
